Powerful Bleaching Agent for Cotton and Natural Fibers

Description:
Sodium Hypochlorite Solution is widely used in the textile industry as an effective and economical bleaching agent. It provides excellent whitening for cotton, linen, and other natural fibers, preparing fabrics for dyeing, finishing, or direct use. The solution works by releasing active chlorine, which oxidizes and removes natural pigments and impurities from the fabric.

Application in Textile Industry:

Bleaching of Cotton & Cellulose Fibers
Desizing Support (when combined with alkali)
Whitening of Grey Fabrics
Preparation Before Dyeing or Printing

Recommended Usage:

Concentration: Typically used in 0.5% to 2% active sodium hypochlorite working solutions
Available Chlorine Content: 5% to 10%
pH Range: 9–11 (alkaline conditions required)
Temperature: Cold to ambient (avoid high heat to prevent fiber damage)
Neutralization: Followed by sodium bisulfite or hydrogen peroxide rinse to remove residual chlorine and avoid yellowing
